RAM Enterprise continues to invest in Pro Logis Park

RAM Enterprise Limited is continuing to invest in Coventry after moving into a new facility at Pro Logis Park.

Coventry-based RAM Enterprise are one of the UK’s leading wholesalers and distributors of daily non-food consumables.

Established in 1982, RAM is a nationwide wholesaler and distributor of batteries and smoking accessories as well as toiletries, medicines and other consumable goods including recordable media and sundries. Product ranges are from well-known brands such as Proctor & Gamble, Unilever and Colgate. 

The firm currently employs 15 people and with the move to new premises, five new jobs, including apprenticeships, are expected to be created. It is hoped the new facility will enable the business to double its turnover to £20m. The move is due to take place in late November.

RAM Enterprise had been leasing a unit at Pro Logis Park. The new multi-million pound unit also in Pro Logis Park will secure the firm’s long-term future in the local area. The new facility will also have a low carbon footprint, with the latest energy efficient systems such s solar panels and LED lighting.

Manjula Ghedia, chairman of RAM Enterprise, said: “The new facility gives us more flexibility to develop the business both now and in the future especially as we continue to grow the online business. We are committed to providing the best possible range of products and high quality service to our customers."
