BQ helps ignite Entrepreneurial Spark

BQ has expanded its presence in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester and Birmingham as part of a new media partnership with Entrepreneurial Spark.

BQ is delighted to announce a new media partnership supporting the work of Entrepreneurial Spark powered by NatWest and RBS UK wide.

The partnership will see BQ support the growth of the Entrepreneurial Spark hub and its network of emerging entrepreneurs across the UK.

Bryan Hoare, managing director of BQ, said: “Supporting and inspiring entrepreneurship to help businesses succeed and grow remains at the heart of BQ and we are delighted to be supporting Entrepreneurial Spark going forward.

“As one of the world’s largest free business accelerators for early stage and growing ventures, it is already making a huge contribution to the future success of entrepreneurship across the UK and we are delighted to play our part in showcasing their activity.

“To enable us to work closely with both Entrepreneurial Spark and the start-ups they support we have agreed to take residence in a number of key hatcheries as community members.

“As a result BQ will have direct access to some the UK’s leading start-up businesses to give them early stage PR support whilst also connecting them to our own entrepreneurial networks.”

Jim Duffy, CEO of Entrepreneurial Spark, added: “We’re pleased to be working with the team at BQ in celebrating entrepreneurship across the UK.

“BQ offers a great platform to shout about the success of some of the UK’s hottest start-up and scale-up businesses.

“I can’t wait to read about them!”

The Entrepreneurial Spark Accelerator Programme lasts for six months and can continue for up to 18 months.
