Paul joined the language services provider in March 2016 as a director, responsible for the implementation and performance of the group’s £120m contract with the Ministry of Justice.
He has been closely involved in final contract negotiations and oversaw the successful implementation of the complex contract, maintaining a strong client relationship throughout.
Paul has since led the development of the rapidly growing group’s revenue generation plan and worked in various roles in a global sales functions.

After starting his career as an avionics apprentice at the Ministry of Defence, Paul went on to hold senior project management positions at blue chip companies including BAE Systems and Pearson Group.

The Leeds-based group has ten offices around the world, including New York, Dusseldorf, Beijing and Tokyo, a workforce of 600 people, and a network of 14,000 expert linguists.
Revenues increased by more than 40% to £60m in the year ending May 2017.
