The purpose of the online diagnostic tool is to enhance the business support services that the Entrepreneurs for the Future (e4f) programme provides, helping individuals striving for a career as a digital tech entrepreneur.
The resource is being launched to coincide with the e4f programme’s January intake of ten tech talents, adding value to the nine months of business mentoring provided by in-house experts and dedicated programme managers.
The mindset diagnostic works to help individuals gauge their own entrepreneurial traits through a tailored tool providing an insight into the strengths and growth opportunities of their thinking style.

“We’re facilitating this through a series of online programmes and face-to-face workshops, whilst increasing awareness around the importance of self-reflection to improve and innovate.
“The Innovation Birmingham Campus is based on the ethos of an inclusive digital technology community, and by joining forces we are encouraging techies to come together, both online and in workshops, to share experiences and participate in individual and group development exercises.

Over 160 early-stage start-ups and entrepreneurs have graduated from the e4f programme in a variety of industries, including ventures in automotive, sharing, gaming, data and shopping sectors.
