Bristol-based Molson, an independent dealer of heavy plant equipment, has secured seven-figure funding from HSBC to acquire Finlay Group, an equipment Dealer of Terex Finlay products for England and Wales.
Through this acquisition, Molson has successfully secured the distribution rights for the complete range of Terex Finlay mobile crushing, screening and conveying equipment for England, Wales and the Channel Islands.

Throughout the deal, Molson Group was advised by UK law firm TLT. The deal was funded by HSBC’s team in Bristol, led by Relationship Director Tom Lloyd-Jones.
