Founded 18 years ago, brother and sister Ed Reeves and Rachel Clacher set up Moneypenny when they spotted a gap in the market for exceptional outsourced communications.
A Sunday Times top 5 employer, Moneypenny has in its short history, established itself as one of Wales’ most sought-out employers.
Moneypenny employs over 700 people to deal with the millions of calls it receives on behalf of over 13,000 companies.
Here, Moneypenny talks about how the Welsh Government has supported them with the logistics of offloading their old facility to make way for their new £15m Wrexham headquarters.
They also talk about the incredible work-life balance which comes with life in Wales, namely accessible living costs and the breath-taking surroundings.
