Continuing its strong growth, Flintshire-based Anwyl Homes has recently completed and exchanged contracts on a trio of new sites worth £65million.
Focusing its expansion aims in North Wales and across the North West, Anwyl has acquired land in Wrexham, Prescot and Telford that will deliver a total of 405 new build homes.
In Wrexham, Anwyl has purchased around 11 acres in Llay, with planning permission to build 182 properties.
The development will mainly comprise a range of three and four bedroom houses, plus a number of one, two and three bedroom affordable homes.
Located off Straight Mile, the new residential development will be known as ‘Maes-y-Rhedyn’.
Having built in Wrexham previously, Anwyl Homes are thrilled to be back in the town.

It will be the first development for the newly formed Anwyl Homes Lancashire division.
Formerly the Prysmian Cable Factory, the site on Carr Lane forms part of the wider Prescot Park development that will eventually comprise around 750 new homes and open space.
