The Cardiff-based building group has won over £30 million worth of contracts in the last months, bringing a major boost to the start of 2018.
The family business, which also has an office in Swansea, has won framework agreements with Cardiff City and Caerphilly Councils, is appointed to build the teaching facilities in Newbridge School and has also secured a contract to build the new fire station at Bristol Airport.
The company, which has construction, maintenance, responsive and trade divisions, will be working on residential properties across Cardiff for the next four years.
It has won Framework agreement for the next four years for housing maintenance and Disabled Adaptions, as well as a separate two-year contract to work on estate regeneration projects across the local authority area.
For Caerphilly Council, R&M Williams will be carrying out external work and refurbishments to 169 residential council homes.
R&M Williams will be demolishing the old music block at Newbridge School and building a new three-storey facility in its place.
