A development of 600 homes on land situated off Penny Pot Lane in Harrogate is set to commence shortly following the purchase by Persimmon Homes.
The housebuilder has purchased two adjoining sites which together have outline consent for 600 homes to be constructed.

Alongside the outline consent for 600 homes, the proposal has also been given the nod for retail and leisure uses as well as a site for a primary school.
Reserved matters approval has recently been secured for the first phase of 238 dwellings including affordable houses, enabling work to start on site imminently.
