Sunderland-based integrated marketing agency, Narrative, has helped to rebrand one of Yorkshire’s leading creative charities following a competitive tender process.
Formerly trading as Cape UK, the organisation supports the development of creativity as a transferable skill to improve employability and productivity. The company enlisted Narrative’s expertise to develop a brand which would fully reflect its services while appealing to its wide range of target audiences.
Kieron Goldsborough, managing director at Narrative, said: “After holding a series of workshops and focus groups with key staff, it was obvious that we needed to capture the ways in which the organisation works with schools, business and young people – and that’s how we developed the new brand name, IVE.
“Not only does it go towards promoting the innovatIVE, creatIVE, supportIVE, collaboratIVE, adaptIVE and imaginatIVE work carried out by the organisation, it also gives participants the opportunity to highlight what they have achieved – I’VE learned a new skill, etc.”
Having developed brand visuals, created a new website and promoted the rebrand through a combination of advertorial and editorial opportunities, Narrative has helped IVE to reach over a quarter of a million people within just a few weeks.
Website traffic has increased by more than 25 per cent, and over 100 leads have been generated as a direct result of the launch activity – an increase of over 800 per cent when compared to the former Cape UK website.
Rosi Lister, chief executive officer at IVE, said: “The feedback we’ve received has been overwhelmingly positive and we have already had conversations with organisations in a range of new sectors as a direct result of the launch activity.
