A Leeds-based digital creative agency has started the new year on a high by securing a six-figure contract with Yorkshire Building Society.
Tall, based in Marshall Court, Leeds has been appointed by the financial organisation for the next 12 months to produce visually appealing e-commerce content for their website.
Tall will improve user experience through the creation of educational animations which aim to visually explain the benefits of Yorkshire Building Society’s products and services.
The project will also include the formation of online tools such as budget, savings and overpayment calculators to help customers better understand how Yorkshire Building Society’s products might suit their individual circumstances.
Yorkshire Building Society is the third largest building society in the UK. With headquarters in Bradford, the society has provided financial services including mortgages, savings and insurance since 1864.
Founded in 2011 by Guy Utley, with technical director Behrooz Saeed coming on board in 2017, Tall is at the forefront of the digital design sector. The company produces creative experiences for a range of clients with extensive experience in the financial sector.
Director of Tall, Guy Utley commented: “With twelve years’ experience working with the financial sector, we really understand what works and doesn’t work to meet the organisation’s content marketing objectives. Having worked with Yorkshire Building Society in the past, we understand the brand and what will appeal to its customers.
“By creating digitally engaging knowledge-based content for their website, we have opened up new opportunities for the organisation in how they relay key messages to their target audience.
“The project will involve working closely with Yorkshire Building Society’s e-commerce and communications teams as we apply the well-known brand to a digital landscape.”
Suzanne Butland, digital product owner at Yorkshire Building Society added: “We have worked collaboratively with Tall throughout 2018 and together we have produced some fantastic customer led propositions. We are looking forward to developing the relationship further in 2019."
