This event will highlight key findings from the HR Voluntary Sector Forum Benchmarking Survey 2016 on key issues affecting the workforce including pay and conditions.
Particular focus will be given to pay; recruitment and selection; working time; health and absence and insights into the implementation of the Living Wage.
It will draw on studies from previous years to engage in a longitudinal analysis of changing employment conditions in the sector.
