The Lakes Distillery has announced it will be stocked in 26 Marks and Spencer stores across the North of England.
The spirits will be stocked in all Marks and Spencer stores from Leeds Central Square, Yorkshire up to Northumberland. It will also be stocked in Penrith and Carlisle in the North West.
North East stores will include Newcastle, Northallerton, Middlesbrough and Sunderland.
The Lakes Distillery, based in Bassenthwaite, the Lake District, produces a collection of different spirits.
Founder and managing director of the Lakes Distillery, Paul Currie, has a family history of whisky, and his father is the MD of a global whisky business.
Paul said: “We are very proud to now be stocked in Marks and Spencer stores across the North East and North West.
“Marks and Spencer are renowned for choosing high quality products to stock in their stores.
“It is incredible that their customers will now be able to experience the Best of British via select spirits of our award-winning portfolio - The Lakes Gin and The Lakes Vodka.”
The Lakes Distillery have secured this listing in conjunction with Enotria and Coe, known to source the UK’s most comprehensive, premium and inspired portfolio to retailers.
The new listing will see The Lakes Gin and The Lakes Vodka stocked in 26 Marks and Spencer stores.
The Lakes Distillery has also launched a brand-new range of flavoured vodka liqueurs including; Salted Caramel and Espresso, a new flavoured gin liqueur, Elderflower and the re-release of their already popular Sloe and Damson gin liqueurs.
