Skinny Brands, the company which makes ‘skinny’ alternatives to popular food and drink products, has launched a full flavour 4% ABV Skinny Lager which contains just 89 calories per 330ml bottle.
Gluten free, vegan, and with 35% fewer calories than the average lager, Skinny Lager offers health-conscious drinkers the opportunity to enjoy a healthier alternative to lager without compromising on taste.
The low-calorie lager is already available in store and online at Tesco and Asda, as well as Morrisons online. It can also be found in pubs, bars and restaurants nationwide.
Allan Moffat, marketing manager at Skinny Brands, said: “Our new, full-flavour Skinny Lager appeals to a wide variety of consumers looking to drink differently. We have a genuine passion and desire to meet consumer demand when it comes to low-calorie alcohol, without compromising on taste.
“We have big plans for the brand this year with a comprehensive sampling and events programme which kicks off with an International Barbarians Rugby match on the 24th March. We’ve set an ambitious target to sample over one million bottles with consumers this year at various events – and we’re confident that everyone who tries Skinny Lager will love it!”
