Marm & Ale was officially launched at the opening of The Beer Kitchen in Dundee, Innis & Gunn’s second bar-come-restaurant.
All food at Innis & Gunn’s Beer Kitchens is created with a focus of matching them with beers and Marm & Ale is no different.
As the feud over the origins of marmalade continues, the brewer is ensuring that Dundee is recognised as the home of Marm & Ale as well as the much loved fruit preserve.
Dougal Sharp, Innis & Gunn founder and master brewer, said: “Launching in this great city has provided us with an opportunity to do what we do best: push the boundaries of what’s possible with beer through innovation and experimentation.
“That’s why we’ve been hard at work brewing a marmalade IPA and even creating spreadable beer for adventurous foodies. We’re proud to be setting up shop in such an innovative and vibrant city, we can’t wait to share our passion for great beer with Dundonians.”
Customers are invited to The Beer Kitchen to try this new brew for free for a limited time.
