Tech entrepreneurs go head to head for BYPY awards

Two tech entrepreneurs based at Innovation Birmingham Campus are going head to head to win the Birmingham Young Professional of the Year (BYPY) awards.

The awards ceremony will recognise and reward talented individuals in Birmingham’s business community, celebrating figures across six categories including; finance, HR, recruitment and training, legal, marketing and communications, property and construction and technology.

Flying the flag for the Innovation Birmingham Campus is Mike Brooman, CEO of Vanti, and Hannah Quinton, Principal eLearning Designer at GuyKat.

Mike was also shortlisted for this year’s BQ Emerging Entrepreneur awards.

Both Vanti and GuyKat have seen substantial growth over recent years, with Vanti achievening an average growth of 32% over the last three years and GuyKat growing 20% year-on-year, moving into a new office one year ago today to accomodate its growing team.

Mike and Hannah were successfully achieved a place in the finals following an extensive application process, firmly placing them among the best young professionals in the West Midlands.
