Amazing Interactives, a 3D graphics specialist, is one of the businesses showcasing at the event. Business director Mr Pravin Jethwa caught up with BQ to tell us more…

Describe your business in no more than 100 words.

The Amazing Interactives team has installed over 500 3D systems in the UK.  It continues to be a market leader specialising in 3D graphics and projection systems and has delivered to projects as far afield as China, Europe, USA, Australia, India and Middle East. 

It’s a forward thinking company which innovate new ideas and concepts and has several trademarks and patents pending.  Unlike most AV companies it specialises in full turnkey solutions covering both 3D software and hardware.  This combination of expertise insures that the hardware is fit for purpose and will fit with the work flow of the client.


Which particular products and/or services make your business innovative?

The Product 1

The 3D V-Pod sensory system has been designed to provide distraction and to lower anxiety and distress for children whilst they are having painful treatments and procedures.

This highly pleasant solution offers calming relaxation and pleasurable distraction via a number of passive and interactive devices.

It’s available as a portable system, or a fixed system ideal for Treatment rooms. The 3D system has 18 tailor made 3D software packages which provide varying levels of distraction, for children of all ages, the interactive software provides distraction, engagement, and also hand and eye coordination.

The systems also can be used via additional software for Rehabilitation and exercise. And our new developments will soon be looking at further managing and controlling breathing to help with anxiety and distress, using a pulse / heart rate feedback system.

Product 2

Amazing Interactives Ltd has a vast library of 3D interactive Educational content and has been providing this to schools, colleges, universities and SEN.  The curriculum led content has been a key product.  Also, Amazing Interactives provides and installs the 3D hardware requirements for the above 3D software.  Other products that are provided include immersive rooms, sensory rooms, and large projection systems. 


What proportion of your service offer comprises new (under 3 years old) products, materials, technologies etc?

75% of our products are under 3 years old.


To what extent have the innovations enhanced the sales of your other products/services or led to future opportunities?

Amazing Interactives Ltd has continued to be leaders in 3D technology due to many technology advances and innovations, this has allowed AIL to increase its sales and enter new markets in new countries. 

Having several unique products, and the expertise coupled with new enhancement allows Amazing Interactives to give the end users/clients the best possible services and advise.


What new skills have been acquired by (and retained within) your company as a result of the innovations?

Amazing Interactives skill set has greatly increased over the past 12 years, with new ways to develop and deliver high-end 3D content.  Amazing Interactives can supply:-

  • Large scale 3D systems/visualisation systems,
  • Hand & eye tracking systems for education/entertainment. 
  • Interactive packages for the medical sector
  • Simulation content for vocational courses



How do you innovate in the way you run your business?

Amazing Interactives has always believed in breaking new grounds, and has invested heavily into R&D, and continues to do so with dedicated teams to look at new and innovative techniques.  The business model that Amazing Interactives follows is to provide a service that’s professional, with an added personal touch.

Where do you see your company in five years time?

Amazing Interactives is focusing on both education and medical sectors regionally, nationally and internationally.  Currently Amazing Interactives is providing these products/services to the UK, USA, Australia, Europe and Middle East. 

Over the next 5 years this will continue however there are many new products that are set to be released over the coming years which will increase our product range and enhance current products.  Amazing Interactives will aim to be leaders in these sectors and continue to grow.



What advice would you give to aspiring innovators? 

Amazing Interactives success has come about with having a dedicated focus on a niche market, and then exploiting this with the innovative approach of our products and services.  Continued support to customers and R&D is essential to achieve a profitable and successful company.
