Last call for Scottish export awards

Last call for Scottish export awards

Scottish exporters are being urged to enter their nominations for this year’s HSBC Scottish Export Awards 2016 in association with Scottish Enterprise before Friday’s deadline (29 Jan).

The awards recognise companies of any shape or size whether they're active exporters, just starting to export, or even export advisors.

2016 sees the awards come to Glasgow for their third annual outing, being held on Wednesday 23 March 2016, at the Hilton Hotel.

Bryan Hoare, managing director of awards organiser BQ, said: “It’s universally recognised now that export markets are crucial for the growth and development of the Scottish economy, and that Scotland has a booming international trade environment in which businesses are being nurtured.

“We’re delighted to be supported again by Scottish Enterprise, who recognise what a great platform these awards are for businesses to shout about their achievements.

“This is your time to shine, to stand up and proudly proclaim that you are the very best that Scotland has to offer when it comes to exporting in your field.

“We’ve been overwhelmed in previous years with the volume and quality of nominations, and we don’t expect this year to be any different. In line with the overall ethos of BQ, both in print and online, this will be the awards ceremony that your business simply cannot afford to miss.”
