The event, which is part of the UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) West Midlands’ Exporting is GREAT Week, will see high-profile guest speakers sharing tips and advice on how to successfully trade overseas.

Will Butler-Adams, the CEO of Bromption Bikes, will speak alongside Fraser Doherty, who founded his business at the age of 14, offering support and sharing their success stories.
Christine Hamilton, interim director of UKTI West Midlands, said:“We have a wealth of talented businesses across the region, many of which would benefit hugely from taking the plunge and exporting their goods.
“From our extensive experience of supporting businesses across the region, we know that some don’t know what help is out there, while others need guidance to get them started.
“The message will be clear: the export opportunities are out there and we need to make sure businesses from the West Midlands region grasp them now.”
Visitors to the Global Opportunities Summit will also be able to explore the thousands of live export opportunities that are available in the UKTI Export Hub and speak with Virgin Business Enterprise Support about start-up financing.
The free event takes place on 21 April.
