Clive Drinkwater, UKTI regional director for the North West, is encouraging North West businesses looking to grow overseas to explore Exporting is GREAT week’s programme of practical expert advice and support from 18 – 22 April.
UKTI North West, its partners and corporate organisations are together staging a range of events during the week to open global trading doors for businesses. Over 300 delegates are expected to take part in events from Penrith to Liverpool.
Chambers of Commerce in Cumbria, Liverpool and Manchester together with the Federation of Small Businesses will also be holding events throughout the week for potential exporters.
Exporting is GREAT week, part of the Exporting is GREAT campaign, is designed to inspire UK companies to grow overseas and explore the world of international business growth opportunities available to them.
Working in partnership with major UK businesses, it looks to inspire and support companies at every stage of their exporting journey – from identifying opportunities to winning contracts overseas.
