Ricor Ltd, which will be installing robotic assembly cells for Jaguar Land Rover, has taken on a further 37,000 sq ft after the company’s 120,000 sq ft production facility in Studly was no longer large enough to cope with the growing demand for products.
Alongside its UK operations, Ricor Ltd also has a location in Poland and an engineering resource centre in Shenzen, China.
The firm was advised by Redditch property consultants John Truslove, on its move to Delta Point in West Bromwich.
John Beary, managing director of Ricor Ltd, said: “We needed to free up additional manufacturing space and so we instructed John Truslove to search for suitable premises.”
“Ben and the team at John Truslove understood what we wanted and went out of their way to ensure they came up with the goods, thus saving us valuable management time in a business that is growing fast.”
