Success for Fracino manufacturing family

Third generation family business Fracino, which produces espresso coffee machines, has recorded its most successful year end to date- achieving a £5.5m turnover both at home and abroad.

The Birmingham-based manufacturer exports over 30% of the 5,000 machines it produces annually to 70 countries worldwide, including Saudi Arabia, Canada and Turkey.

Fracino is the first manufacturer commissioned by SUBWAY® purchasing group (EIPC) to produce a bespoke machine which is installed in hundreds of SUBWAY® outlets in the UK and Poland.

Currently employing 60 members of staff, the team has grown 25% across the last year and is undergoing a multi-million pound investment programme at its headquarters.

Managing director at Fracino, Adrian Maxwell, said: “Our strong year end results reflect our relentless drive and commitment to innovate, invest and train and develop our managers - which in turn enables us to expand our ever-growing customer portfolio regionally, nationally and internationally.

“Well done to every team member whose role has been instrumental in helping Fracino to achieve this milestone.”
