West Midlands manufacturer and distributor of 4x4 accessories, Truckman, is aiming to more than double the European export sales of its UK designed and built pick-up truck hardtops.
Currently accounting for 10% of its £12.5m turnover, the West Midlands-based company is targeting export sales to reach in the region of £2.8m over the next two years.
Truckman’s export drive is supported by its increased manufacturing and storage capacity at its factory in Dudley. Its recently-expanded 120,000sq ft. premises, which includes its new headquarters, new development facility and additional warehouse space to enable Truckman to meet increased demand from UK and international customers.
As part of Truckman’s increased presence in Europe, the company is showcasing its renowned range of hardtops and pick-up accessories to the international market at one of the world’s premier industry exhibitions, Automechanika Frankfurt.
The event, which runs until 17 September, attracts more than 100,000 visitors and around 4,000 exhibitors from 74 countries. Truckman’s stand features a selection of commercial and luxury leisure hardtops.
