The expansion will also boost the 15-strong team with the addition of 10 new members of staff.
EvaluAgent designs software solutions for contact centres which use ‘gamification’ techniques to improve customer service, and keep call centre teams engaged and motivated.
Data generated by the systems is turned into points and leader boards, which encourage staff to try and make their way to the top of the list by Improving the service they provide to customers.
The Teesside-based firm is planning to use the six-figure investment to improve existing and develop new products with a view to expanding its UK customer base and exploring new markets overseas.
Set up in 2012 by Jaime Scott, Michelle Dinsmore and Alex Richards, the firm now exceeds a £1m annual turnover- a figure which is growing at around 50% per year.
EvaluAgent also works with big name brands including international financial group Invesco and travel reward points provider Avios.
