The airliner will depart for Larnaca twice a week adding more frequencies from Birmingham.
Using Airbus aircraft, the flights will leave Birmingham on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 17:05 arriving in to Larnaca at 23:50 hours. The flights will arrive back into Birmingham at 1605 having left Larnaca at 1245 hours.
Tom Screen, head of aviation at Birmingham Airport, said: “We are delighted that we have the opportunity to give passengers even more choice to visit Larnaca from their local airport.
“Cobalt Air is a new international airline that has pricing similar to low cost but offers a high end in-flight service.”

“Larnaca is a beautiful destination and we are pleased to be able to welcome passengers onboard.”
