On Monday, League Two's Notts County featured in a list of companies facing winding-up orders as a result of owing money at a specialist court in London.
HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) had launched a winding-up petition against the club - formed in 1862 and sixth in the League Two table.
But a lawyer representing tax officials asked a judge - Registrar Christine Derrett - to dismiss the petition at a hearing in the Bankruptcy and Companies Court.
No detail of money the club had been alleged to owe was given at the hearing - which lasted less than a minute.
