AECOM has taken an additional 10,000 sq ft alongside a lease re-gear on their existing 30,000 sq ft of office space.
Meanwhile, Network Rail is a new tenant in the building having taken a lease on 6,500 sq ft on part of the second floor.
The building, which comprises 112,500 sq ft of office space, has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment including the vacant office floors, reception, lift lobbies and WC’s.
It is located on Bedford Park only minutes from the new East Croydon Station exit and the StanhopeSchroders development at Ruskin Square.
The two new lettings mean Sunley House is now 84% let.
