The plans will see two hotels opening under one major hotel operator and in one building.
This will include a 144 room short-stay hotel occupying from the ground to the fifth floor and a 92 room long-stay hotel on floors six to 10.
The proposals also include a ground floor restaurant and bar and the leasing of a part of the Burlington car park to provide hotel visitor parking.
The development would be provided through Slough Urban Renewal (SUR) the development partnership between the council and Morgan Sindall Investments Limited.
