The company launched a pop-up bar last month at Box Park Shoreditch to promote the opening of the new site and the owners were delighted with the response from locals.
Serving New York inspired dishes and cocktails, Dirty Bones Shoreditch will also be the first of the group to house all-day dining throughout the week, and will be home to their new East-exclusive weekday breakfast menu as well as the ‘Dirty Roast’ every Sunday.
Known for their old school music nights, Dirty Bones Shoreditch will also have a separate bar area, hosting DJ nights every Friday and Saturday from 9pm featuring old school funk, soul and hip hop music.
The new site will officially open on 7 September and the chain are currently looking for staff to join their team.
