Budding entrepreneurs aspiring to start their own games or app development companies are being invited to join a 40-week programme at the University of Essex.

Aspiring games and app developers are being invited to join the award-winning Games Hub as it gets set to launch its latest free 40-week programme.

The Games Hub has been hugely successful since its launch and helped establish more than five companies form and supported 50 people to develop their game design and industry knowledge.

Success stories include Teaboy Games, Sketchbook Games, Novo Games, Nysko Games and Randomly Selected.

The Game Hub has 40 places available for those aspiring to start their own games or app development company. The programme will run for 40 weeks starting on Wednesday 19 October until May 2017.

The deadline for applications is the 30 September 2016, to apply simply complete the online form.
