Volanteus to redefine flying experience

A new luxury charter jet company has launched, with the aim of 'redefining flying' in the private travel sector.

Named Volanteus, the company will provide premier charter jet services that are entirely bespoke, and personalised to each client, and will include access to destinations and journeys that rival charter companies are unable to offer.

Founded by CEO Mark Green, a seasoned expert with 20 years’ experience in the private jet industry, Volanteus will provide an international service to clients across the globe including access to a fleet of 5,000 jets that fly to any destination worldwide.

Commenting on his new venture, Mark said: "Launching Volanteus is a dream come true and has allowed me to pool my expertise and resources into a company I am immensely proud of.

"I started my career in the aviation industry over 20 years ago.  Originally I worked on the accountancy side, but my passion for flying quickly led me to take on roles in both operations and as a broker.

"My aim for Volanteus is to be the first choice in luxury travel, while taking care of the journeys that other charter companies cannot meet.

"I’m a details person and I love the thrill of what the private charter jet industry offers.  It’s certainly never boring!"

Alongside Volanteus’ aircraft charter services, a comprehensive menu of aviation related services will be available including block hour deals, aircraft acquisition and aircraft consultancy. In addition, Volanteus’ clients will be able to take advantage of a complimentary service that will cover every aspect of lifestyle management.

Mark added: "My years of experience have given me an unrivalled knowledge of the private jet industry, allowing me to organise any charter worldwide – often at short notice.

"I’ve seen everything from moving Heads of State at short notice and dealing with people in cabinet offices to organise urgent permits, through to specifically designing menus for pet dogs travelling with their family or, the one time, suggesting to a client who was taking a helicopter to his home in Scotland that we follow the river and find his daughters who were fly-fishing so Daddy could give them a wave.

"There is no secret, but it’s just considering ways and methods to make things unique, to make the client get on board and think "yes that’s service, they’ve really understood what makes me happy."  Most people who use private jets have seen it all before – the flowers, the magazines tailored to their interests and the catering from their favourite restaurants.  All this should be the standard that one should expect."

"Our ethos is built around providing impeccable, personalised services that meet all our customers’ requirements.  It’s not just about getting them to their destination safely, but also attending to the finer, more specific details - this is what we excel at."

Volanteus is available to take queries from clients 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in any time zone.
