A CGI of Boxpark Wembley
The pop-up mall operator is opening a third site in Wembley following the success of its first two in Shoreditch and Croydon.
Boxpark revolutionised the pop-up social dining and shopping experience when it first opened up in Shoreditch back in 2011.
Made from refitted shipping containers and the brainchild of entrepreneur Roger Wade, the site provided a home to some of Shoreditch’s most exciting food and retail start-ups.
Roger and his team then went on to open a second site in Croydon last year which attracted over 30 independent and respected traders from across the city.
Now, as the Boxpark hype continues to grow, the company is opening a third site North of the river in Wembley – with the launch of Boxpark 3.0.
Wade said: "I'm delighted to announce the opening of the third Boxpark site, Boxpark Wembley. Boxpark Wembley is located in an iconic location, on Olympic Way in Wembley Park.
“We look forward to working closely with Quintain, Brent Council, and the other venue operators on the site, to develop a world class food, drink and entertainment destination, and possibly the best fan park in the world!"
Boxpark Wembley will open its doors towards the end of 2018 and much like its predecessor in Croydon, itwill feature a selection of some of the best independent and established food traders from across London, and around the world.
It will also include a major 2,000 capacity arena space for large scale events, and a BoxBar, stocked with a top selection of craft beers, fine wines and spirits, for more intimate events.
