The Essex-based milkshake brand is kicking off 2018 in style after landing a lucrative deal to supply WHSmith Travel stores across the country.
Premium milkshake brand, Shaken Udder, is celebrating after landing a deal to supply WHSmith Travel stores.
Launching into multiple WHSmith Travel stores for the first time with two of its best-selling flavours, Chocolush and Vanillalicious, the deal will help extend the brand's reach in the on-the-go drinks market.
“The on-the-go market is hugely important to our brand and we are delighted to sign this contract with WHSmith as it allows us to reach a whole new customer base,” explains Andy Howie, co-founder of Shaken Udder.
“Two of our best-selling flavours will be available to customers shopping at the retailer and we hope they fly off the shelf,” he added.
Shaken Udder currently produces five milkshakes, all made with premium ingredients including real fruit or Belgian chocolate and fresh British milk.
Earlier this year the brand also extended into the yoghurt category with the launch of its new YogOaty pouches for children and babies from six months old.
The new deal to supply WHSmith Travel stores is the icing on the cake for what has already proven to be a busy and successful year for Shaken Udder.
“It’s a great way to kick off 2018,” added Howie. “People are turning to our milkshakes as a healthy alternative to carbonated drinks as they contain less than 5% added sugar and consumers reap the multiple benefits associated with consuming dairy.
