Hat-trick for Johnson Fellows as graduates appointed
A hat-trick of new appointments at two of its key offices has today been announced by leading commercial property consultancy Johnson Fellows.
The company’s team in London has been expanded with the addition of Jake Stace, who graduated with a BSc in Real Estate from Nottingham Trent University. Jake is working alongside Mark Tindale and Gerard Finn dealing with retail agency, lease advisory and investment roles, gaining comprehensive hands-on experience in the world of retail property.
ContactEngine welcome Professor Michael Luck of King’s College London to AI Advisory Board
ContactEngine, which specialises in conversational AI, have welcomed a new AI Advisory Board member, Professor Michael Luck of King’s College London.
Professor Luck will be collaborating closely with ContactEngine’s innovation team to advise on more sophisticated and complex AI applications within customer communications.
National lift maintenance and repair company Pickerings Lifts appoints Julie Greyling as Customer Support Manager
Julie Greyling has been promoted from within the company, joining as Repairs Manager in 2018.
Prior to this Julie worked in the accounting industry as a Financial Controller, and also has nine years’ experience within the lift industry.
New Chair for the Design Quality Indicator tool (DQI)
CIC has appointed Lynne Ceeney as chair of its Design Quality Indicator tool – the DQI.
The DQI helps clients and technical teams to optimise the design, functionality, performance and sustainability of new building and refurbishment projects.
Moray Falconer appointed MD, Infrastructure, at Hyperoptic
Moray Falconer has been appointed as Managing Director, Infrastructure at Hyperoptic, the UK’s largest gigabit broadband provider.
Falconer will be responsible for the successful rollout of Hyperoptic’s national full fibre network, which is set to reach 50 cities by Q1 2019 and pass two million homes by 2021.
FRP Advisory bolsters London team with dual partnership hire
Specialist business advisory firm FRP Advisory LLP has further strengthened its debt advisory and forensic services practices with two partner appointments based in its London office.
Tom Cox and Nishad Morjaria bring the firm partner total to 50, collectively bringing almost 35 years’ advisory experience to the business.
Greater Anglia appoints new engineering director
Greater Anglia has appointed a new Engineering Director to oversee the maintenance, professional engineering and safe, efficient operation of its fleet of trains.
Martin Beable will join Greater Anglia in March 2019 from Arriva UK’s Trains Bid Team, where he is currently Fleet Director. Martin brings a wealth of experience to the role having a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering and previously holding senior roles in the industry.
