Commercial property firm Innes England has signed a 10-year lease for one of Leicester city centre's most prime office spaces.
Innes England is taking a 1,738 sq ft open plan space for its own use on the second floor of Peat House, a grade A office building on Waterloo Way, in Leicester’s prime office quarter.
The company will join KPMG and Bellrock Facilities Management as leading names in Peat House, which lies on the London Road and Granby Street intersection, just a few minutes’ walk from the city centre shops and opposite Leicester train station.
Ian Clark, senior asset manager at Real Estate Investors plc (REI), the company behind Peat House, said: “We’re really pleased to welcome Innes England to what’s becoming one of Leicester’s most-sought after offices.
“We still have more space available in Peat House, but have ongoing inquiries from several high-profile businesses and so would advise interested parties to act fast to secure their space.”
