Risk and insurance advisers, JLT Specialty are relocating their Birmingham office as part of a Midlands-wide expansion due to continued growth.
50 JLT employees will relocate from the third floor of 45 Church Street, Birmingham, to newly refurbished office space on the first floor.
The third floor will be taken over by the JLT Trading Division. As of the 1 August, JLT’s Trading Division now has 78 staff from a variety of Specialty divisions. Further planned growth will take this to at least 85-90 by year end.
The relocation, which is taking place this month, is part of a Midlands-wide expansion, which also sees JLT relocating their Nottingham office to larger premises.
Sally Swann, head of Midlands, added: “Following our success over the last few years, we are delighted to be moving offices and expanding.
"We have an ever-growing team of professional and experienced corporate risk and insurance advisers and we hope that our new offices will provide us with the space to continue to grow the team in the Midlands.”
Lee Anderson, head of JLT’s trading division, said: “JLT’s trading division create specialist, London based roles and operate them from the Midlands region.
