An introduction to property investing

Aimed at both new and experienced investors alike, the entire focus of the webinar is to explore the various investment strategies that are available to UK investors looking to invest in to property, alongside the pressing need for these type of investment opportunities to be established.

Property remains a popular investment choice for many in the UK. As an asset class, it has performed well over the long-term. As an investment proposition, its premise remains relatively straightforward to understand.

But why should we be investing into property today?

The rate at which houses are being built is far behind the rate at which the population is growing, and with the property investment marketplace varied and evolving, we're delighted to be hosting a 30 minute webinar on Friday 17th November to answer this question by offering an insight to property investing.

Property investing for all investors

Aimed at both new and experienced investors alike, the entire focus of the webinar is to explore the various investment strategies that are available to UK investors looking to invest in to property, alongside the pressing need for these type of investment opportunities to be established.

The webinar is being hosted by Craig Peterson, co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Growth Capital Ventures. Craig is an approved person with the Financial Conduct Authority and holds an MBA (Enterprise) and is Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.

Having a wealth of experience supporting large scale development projects, Craig's experience spans a number of sectors including technology, alternative finance, property, housing, regeneration and management consultancy, and also includes raising growth capital for high growth businesses and project finance for regeneration and real estate projects.

Technology and property investments

A historically popular and increasingly versatile investment, this versatility provides investors with greater scope to tailor investments to their specific financial ambitions.

However, it's also resulted in new terminology with which to become familiar.

From buy to let and to peer-to-peer lending through to equity crowdfunding and development project finance, these options now provide investors with easier access to - and greater choice between - property investment opportunities.

With Craig looking into the opportunites available, the webinar will also feature a live Q&A, affording the perfect opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

Taking place this Friday at 2pm (BST), you can register for the webinar here, and we'll send you all the information you need to join us.

Importantly, if you can't make the live webinar, the on-demand version will be available immediately after, so please do register to receive the link to the webinar recording as soon as it's available.
