Elm EV is aiming to raise £210,015 to develop a unique charge point for both UK and international markets, whilst allowing investors to own shares in the company.
The firm, which turned over £400,000 in its first year, will also use the investment to employ a proactive sales team with several sales managers.
The investment will also be used to aid the marketing budget for a national marketing campaign and enhance an e-commerce platform.
Technical director, Anthony Piggott, said: “The growth of the ultra-low emission vehicle industry is phenomenal and we are in a great position.
“This is a once-off opportunity for members of the public, enthusiasts and investors to help build the EV charging infrastructure and to be a part of the fast paced industry, reaping the rewards.”
Elm EV are one of only a few companies in country approved and certified to install rapid chargers.
