As well as its restaurant and four function suites, Acklam Hall will also be home to 18 serviced offices and a number of conference and meeting room facilities.
Known as ‘The Bvsiness Rooms’, the offices range in size from two to 10 desks and have a dedicated reception service and super-fast broadband.
The facilities will be complimented by a range of meeting rooms, conference facilities and experienced administrative support.
Martin Williams, from Acklam Hall Ltd, said: “The Bvsiness Rooms at Acklam Hall have been purposely designed to suit the needs of a small business with all the facilities that they would require.
“What’s more, the offices are located in one of the most recognisable buildings on Teesside with easy access from all main routes.”
The historic restoration project is now nearing completion and Acklam Hall will open its doors in February 2016 following a multi-million pound renovation.
Over the coming months, the hall will create over 20 new jobs in Middlesbrough as well as opportunities for dozens of local suppliers.
