Peter Vardy launches classic car dealership

Renowned North East motor entrepreneur Peter Vardy has launched a new venture selling classic cars from the group's Heritage Collection.

From its new Heritage dealership, located in County Durham, Peter Vardy is offering a portfolio of over 20 classic cars, ranging from £10,000 to £250,000.

The chain is also providing a full Heritage service, with a dedicated concierge department offering personalised, expert advice on investment, value creation, restoration, storage, maintenance and transportation.

Founder and CEO, Peter Vardy, said: “I have always been passionate about iconic cars, and starting a heritage arm to the business has been something I have wanted to do for the last few years.

“I’m really excited to see where we can take it as it not only provides our current customer base with a completely new and unique offering, but will open up the Vardy name to a whole new client base right across the UK.”

The Peter Vardy Group has a long and distinguished heritage in its own right. In an enduring history of three generations spanning more than 90 years, the group has built strong relationships with iconic brands including Aston Martin, Porsche, Rolls Royce, Ferrari and Maserati.

The group employs more than 750 people in a portfolio of sites from Aberdeen to Glasgow, and operates the largest Jaguar Land Rover retailer in the UK.

It has top quartile performance with Porsche, leads Vauxhall network profitability and remains highly profitable with BMW and MINI.
