Recruiters are looking for applicants from across South Tyneside and the wider region to work in sales and customer service roles within the North East contact centre.
Successful applicants will be working one-on-one with customers from across the UK, answering calls and providing them with information and advice on which BT products will best fit their needs.

BT’s consumer division has already filled an extra 1,000 roles in its UK contact centres and is in the process of recruiting a further 1,000 before April 2017.
“By the end of this year, BT Consumer will answer more than 80 per cent of its customers’ calls in the UK and this means we need more people in our UK contact centres,” adds Libby.
This latest recruitment will increase BT’s involvement in the regeneration of South Tyneside, supported by the BT South Tyneside strategic partnership between BT and South Tyneside Council.
