Award-winning burrito bar, Barburrito, is the latest addition to the Qube catering development at the Metrocentre.
More than 20 jobs have been created with the opening of the restaurant, which seats around 55 diners and is on the upper level close to Debenhams.
The latest in a string of new openings at the Qube, it joins newly-opened burger restaurant Byron, Mediterranean-inspired Est, Parisian-influenced Café Rouge, oriental restaurant Buffet King and Japanese Ikuze.
“We are delighted to welcome Barburrito to the Qube,” said intu Metrocentre marketing manager, Helen Atkinson.
“It is the perfect complement to our wide range of restaurants, which really do offer food inspired from countries across the world.”
