Neel Chawla, Director of Ailantus Hotels said "We are delighted to acquire the Mercure Manchester Norton Grange Hotel and Spa, the newest addition to our high quality suite of hotels.
“The acquisition will allow us to further enhance our reputation in the North West hotel sector".
The Corporate team at Newcastle Law Firm Mincoffs, advised Ailantus Hotels on the purchase, led by partner John Nicholson and assisted by solicitor Jonathan Smith.
John Nicholson said "This acquisition is a great strategic fit for Ailantus and I'm sure that they can bring further improvements to the hotel, as they have for others in the group.
“We have worked with Ailantus Hotels for over a decade and are very pleased to act in yet another significant deal".
