“Working with Sage we will be launching a new product that could change the face of employee engagement, productivity and happiness in the workplace. What better place to launch this project than in Newcastle, where Sage is based.”

Personal Group is setting up base in Newcastle’s thriving tech hub, the Ouseburn, where they will occupy office space in Hoults Yard.

Catherine Walker, inward investment director at Invest Newcastle, said: “We are delighted to welcome Personal Group to Newcastle.

“They are a fantastic example of how companies, of all sizes, are able to collaborate and work together – pulling on the strong business and tech community we have established here.

“Personal Group is an ambitious company and we are sure they will feel at home in the thriving tech community in the Ouseburn area.

“We look forward to working with them going forward and continuing to support them with their ambitions for growth.”

With the support of Northern Recruitment Group (NRG), Personal Group has recruited a variety of roles, set to open the office with an initial staff size of 10 with plans to grow significantly over the next two years.
