Newcastle-based Frank Recruitment Group is now looking to increase its sales team after an increase in demand for their services across the pond.
After launching an office in Dallas, the firm has seen a 150% surge in demand for Amazon Web Services (AWS), azure cloud technology and marketing automation.
This demand means the group is now ready to hit the next phase of growth after establishing themselves in the market.
To meet the need for cloud-based technology recruitment, the agency will be introducing their latest brand - FRG Technology Consulting - to Texas. They will recruit up to 45 trainee recruitment consultants and recruitment consultants to work on FRG Technology Consulting and their long-established Microsoft recruitment brand, Nigel Frank International.
Executive vice president Paul Briggs, who heads up the Dallas office, said: “This is the next phase of our delivery plan. Texas is a very exciting area for technology start-ups and industry stalwarts alike.”
Tech giants such as Apple, Amazon, Facebook, Google and Microsoft have all opened new locations in Texas in recent years, a move which has led the state to be named as the no.1 state in the nation for technology exports.
Briggs said: “Dallas is attracting some of the best and brightest tech innovators and thinkers. Lower taxes, smart regulations, right-to-work laws and pro-growth economic policies are allowing enterprises to thrive, which is why we’re seeing more and more workers and companies flock to the area. With a highly skilled workforce, and more jobs than ever before, it’s an exciting time for job seekers.”
Caroline Fox, global head of internal recruitment, commented: “All of our recruitment consultants receive industry-leading training through our Frank University training course. We offer all of our employees clear career progression and equip them with all of the resources they need to flourish and succeed.”
The recruitment firm aims to recruit approximately 300 employees over the coming years.
Founded 11 years ago in Newcastle upon Tyne, Frank Recruitment Group has since developed a unique service model seeing its business split into six core brands, each one focusing on a specific service or technology, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, and AWS.
Bolstering the team at Ross Tower further underpins their ambition. In July, they opened a new office in Newcastle at St Nicholas Building.
