Recruitment start-up helps bring international talent into UK

A North East-based executive search and selection start-up is making its mark on the global recruitment stage and helping to bring international talent to the UK.

Cooper Edwards, which specialises in mid to senior management and board level recruitment is helping businesses that are either already international, or looking to go international, to widen their scope with overseas candidates.

Since starting-up in 2017, Cooper Edwards has placed a French operations director into a capital equipment manufacturer in Yorkshire, a Polish international sales manager into a manufacturer in Sheffield and a Taiwanese sales manager and a marketing manager from Malta into a leading nanotechnology manufacturer in Oxford.
