Sales acceleration consultancy, durhamlane, has been asked to deliver a second commercial training programme for leading North East housing association, Home Group.
The eight-month training programme will see durhamlane continue to help Home Group develop the commercial skills of its business development, customer-facing and leadership teams.
The training programme will bolster Home Group’s strategy to increase its sales of new homes in order to reinvest into its social care and affordable housing operations.
Richard Lane, co-founder and managing partner of durhamlane, said: “Like so many other not-for-profit organisations, housing associations are facing many challenges and pressures to act more commercially.
