The Single Use Paper Company is taking a step towards its ambition to be the leading bulk importer of single use paper products, after a fellow North East company supported its online marketing efforts.
Durham-based White Digital were commissioned to produce a new e-commerce and marketing solution for Darlington-based The Single Use Paper Company.
The online business will serve the UK and Ireland hospitality industry and its new online site will allow for the purchase of paper products direct from the importer.
White Digital used the Tees Valley Business Compass to assist in funding the project, as it looks to open a second office in Darlington in December.
Sales director for White Digital, Tom Cockerill said: ''With so much financial support for new and existing businesses now available, it’s simply a no-brainer to open a second office. By working in partnership with The Tees Valley Business Compass we are able to provide assistance to our clients to ensure the growth of business community in the Tees Valley and beyond”
The Tees Valley Business Compass offers grant support of up to 33% towards eligible project costs, regardless of the size of the proposed investment. The exact level of support available is dependent on the size and location of the applicant business and also the employment outputs that the project will deliver.
