Alpha Process Controls, a GT Group Company, has underlined its commitment to the future by taking on a Group apprentice who is already hard at work on an innovative project.
Scot Ellis joined the Peterlee-based division after completing a four-year mechanical engineering apprenticeship with parent company GT Group, which is part of the Knorr-Bremse Group.
Expanding North East consultancy BMC Recruitment Group has started the new year with a new MD
Chris Milnes, 35, joins the Newcastle-based recruitment consultancy from global insurance broker Marsh, where he was head of the Newcastle and Carlisle offices.
During the next 12 months he aims to strengthen and broaden client relationships to boost revenue at the recruitment firm, while increasing his team from 14 to up to 24 and expanding into Scotland and London.
Two new appointments to Pickerings Lifts
Lift maintenance and installation company Pickerings Lifts is delighted to welcome two new appointments to their Service Sales and Marketing team in Stockton-on-Tees.
Jake Small has recently been promoted from within the business to Bid Writer, whilst Beth Lane joins the company from DHL as Internal Sales Coordinator.
Northumberland National Park appoints new Director
Northumberland National Park Authority has announced a new strategic appointment to its leadership team.
Pauline Wall has been appointed Director of Park Management by the Authority. Originally from Leeds, she has spent her career in estates management and joins the National Park Authority from the National Trust.
Senior market researcher appointed to MMC
Sunderland-based strategic marketing agency, MMC, has announced the appointment of a senior market researcher to head up the agency’s new market research division.
Dr Kirsty Laing will deliver qualitative and quantitative research that will help underpin the marketing strategies MMC produces for clients. She will also be running stand-alone research projects using various methodologies including focus groups, interviews, ethnography and surveys.
Tracey Moore appointed as new Chief Executive of PNE Group.
PNE Group as appointed Tracey Moore as its new Chief Executive. Tracey takes on the role having led the organisation since Dawn Cranswick stepped down from the position in July 2018.
Tracey, who has been an Executive Director of the Group since 2015, has 30 years’ experience of working in the enterprise sector. Her leadership expertise includes operational management and strategic planning for the Group as well as the provision of Executive Coaching to public, private and third sector leaders.
YoungsRPS Announces Appointment of Rural Surveyor to its Expanding Northumberland Team
YoungsRPS, which offers a broad spectrum of management and professional work in rural, development and commercial fields, has announced the appointment of Matthew Wallace.
This appointment is the latest development for YoungsRPS, which is seeing an increased demand for its services. Joining as a full-time Rural Surveyor, Matthew will be based at the company’s Head Office in Hexham.
In taking up his position Matthew joins a team of highly qualified rural practitioners who are committed to supporting rural businesses across the North of England and the Scottish Borders from their five regional offices.
