Start-ups invest in Liverpool Innovation Park

A trio of small businesses have invested in property at Liverpool Innovation Park as the park continues to attract start-ups and growing businesses.

Commendium Ltd, David Twiggs Consulting Ltd and Araya Facilities Services have taken a total of 544 sq ft at the park on Edge Lane.

Delyth Lloyd, innovation manager at the park, said: “We are very pleased to welcome three new occupiers to the park.

“There is a definite trend in the market towards companies taking smaller office spaces in business and creative hubs where they can grow alongside other similar companies before expanding.

“A number of city centre and out of town developments are fulfilling this requirement at the moment, however at LIP, we have the flexibility and the space to be able to accommodate businesses as they grow so when they need bigger offices, they don’t need to relocate to other schemes.”
